I just love people’s reaction when they see and hear the first 6 round burst come flying out of this thing at 1200 rpm…they have that look like…Wow that thing is a serious gun, and give it a bit more respect as it should have as it definately is not a toy – so be careful. With a red dot scope on this air gun, small pest within 100 feet would have a hard time escaping its fire! Even if someone broke into your house, this air gun would put some fear into them if you sparayed them in the face with a few burst of this air rifle…maybe not a good idea if they have a real gun, but if its all you have…its all you have.Ĭheck out the video below of the full Umarex Steel Force review…it’s quite a fun gun. The advertised fps is 430 so I was happy about going over and getting near the 500 fps range. I also have a Shoebox compressor and guppy tank for my Marauder. I hit 4 shots in the 470 fps and one at 480 fps. Just bought a Umarex EBOS and also purchased the bulk fill adapter to go with it.
In my video review I did a crony test with fresh CO2’s. Would be nice if Umarex would design an BB auto feeder like the Baikal Drozd Blackbird The Drozd uses electronic control to provide automatic action, which requires battery power in addition to a CO2 cartridge in the removable magazine, but Baikal uses this control to advantage to provide selectable cyclic rates of 300, 450 and 600 rpm in addition to single shot, 3-round and 6-round bursts.Very accurate with stock sights at the 30-50 foot range.Powerful air gun as you see in my video review below.Good telescoping Stock, just like a real AR rifle.The magazine holds the 2 CO2 cartridges for its power-plant and the 2 CO2 tightening keys can be stored indefinitely inside the fake magazine as well…see the video below for a demonstration… The fake magazine drops out with the push button function like the real AR style rifle as you see in my video review below. Loading from the 300 round BB hopper just takes a few seconds while you give it the ole’ BB fill shake now infamous with some of the latest Umarex air guns like the Steel Storm and the EBOS Burst of Steel. This thing will spray some serious steel at about 1200 rpm on fresh CO2′s and after they are used up a bit it goes down to 800-1000 rpm till they are spent. I have really enjoyed it after having it for a couple weeks now. The major upgrades are that this bb gun has a magazine that is reported to hold over 800 bbs fully.

It has the same great features as the original Drozd. The Umarex Steel Force air rifle is quite a fun BB gun to plink and shoot around. If the original Drozd Full auto BB gun got you excited this one will finish you.
